We face these problems especially after fatty meals and after dinner,so this drink can enhance digestion as it contains natural ingredients which are turmeric, ginger, and coconut milk.
This drink can also boost the metabolism, and also promotes weight loss,i drink it one hour before going to sleep and it did helped me,i wake up next morning full of energy.
Let's see what we will need:
We gonna bring a large bowl and mix all the ingredients in it except the honey then stir well until we get a homogeneous mixture.Then transfer it to a saucepan, and cook it over low heat for 5 minutes,,then finally add the honey.
We all know that Ginger can help in many various health problems including:nausea and vomiting caused by HIV/AIDS treatment,Irritable bowel syndrome,High cholesterol,Diabetes and Weight loss,it also has anti-cancer properties.

As for Black pepper it helps in the absorption of curcumin, the active ingredient of turmeric.
